Content Generation Research Services

Here at Redshift Research, we conduct opinion polls every week for global PR agencies and pride ourselves on our fast turnaround – we can deliver a UK nationally representative survey in 3 days!

“Content marketing is a strategic marketing approach focused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly-defined audience — and, ultimately, to drive profitable customer action.” – Content Marketing Institute

Content comes in many forms and we’ve been a part of all sorts:

Words – Sometimes it is the simplest things that make the biggest impact. Redshift Research is skilled at selecting the right questions to generate interest from traditional print media and television to modern social media and blogs. Our surveys are competitively priced and single surveys have been known to generate hundreds of stories and millions of views. It’s all about being smart and defining precisely what you want to find out.

Graphics – The words can be further brought to life with Graphics and Infographics which are ideal for sharing on social media and blogs. We have experience of working with PR and design agencies, helping them select the most powerful insights.

Video – Video is one of the fastest growing forms of media and Redshift Research is poised to help you make the most of this resource too. Our expertise can not only help identify topics of interest, but also bring things to life by recruiting real people for the videos.

Experiential – Sometimes great content can be found without too much scripting. We have a variety of tools such as iHUTS (in Home User Testing) for learning more about how people really feel once they’ve used your real or test product and Advocate Finder which can get you real people whose comments can be used to generate testimonials. We can even find talkative brand ambassadors, who embody the spirit of your brand and spread the word.

TV Panels – Content creation is not limited to marketing agencies. We’ve been working on the BBC TV’s Pointless show since its inception in 2009. In all this time the client has not once disputed the respondent or answer validity; a testament to our longstanding quality. Our TV pedigree has since grown and we have recently been involved in research for Channel 4’s new show Benchmark, hosted by Paddy McGuinness.

The thing that ties them all together is having responses from real people at the heart of it. Crowdology is your gateway to accessing the kind of people that can help you generate the content you need.

Why choose us?

  • Redshift Research owns the Crowdology opinion panels in the UK and USA
  • We have access to 15 million people worldwide, in over 60 countries
  • We have access to specialist B2B and consumer crowds (like our MumsCrowd or SilverSurfersCrowd) and can often find those hard to reach audiences.

Our team of experienced research professionals are always on hand to give expert advice on questionnaire design and interpretation.  Learn more about how we conduct a Typical Polling Project – no stress, no fuss.

We are ready to help you

After conducting our second annual customer survey with Redshift they were instrumental in delivering the feedback workshops, leading discussions which enabled us to build on the findings and tease out the information necessary to inform the development of both the product itself, along with evidence to help identify best (and worst) practices to using the system.

We came away armed with plenty of ideas on case studies and the kind of messages need for internal publicity campaigns, that could both highlight the benefits of the system and encourage local improvements in approaches to using the system.
Redshift’s facilitation of the session was both invaluable on the day and for reaching agreement on key points to take forward.
